HOW IT WORKS

What you’ll learn?

  • Your strengths and blind spots: in 5 areas: decision making and goal setting, collaborating with people, focusing on relationships vs. tasks, managing work and commitments, reactions to stress, risks and concerns.
  • What people can expect from you and what to watch out for in 6 areas: leadership, interpersonal relations, communication, analysis and decision-making, initiative and effort, planning and organizing.
  • How you may be perceived by others - your colleagues, clients, but also your family and loved ones and what you do about it.
  • What motivates and demotivates you at work and how to handle what you learn to your benefit.
  • Tips and recommendations specifically for you if you decide to move forward with any of these areas in 2025.

What aspects of your personality will your profile reveal?

  • Will: how assertive, independent and determined you are.
  • Energy: how enthusiastic, outgoing and engaged you are.
  • Affection: how altruistic, supportive and trusting you are.
  • Control: how disciplined, conscientious and responsible you are.
  • Emotionality: to what extent stress and worries affect your self-confidence and emotional state.

How it works?

  • 1. You’ll fill in an online Facet5 questionnaire (20 minutes).
  • 2. We’ll schedule a two-hour online meeting and go over your profiles in the form of a coaching conversation.
  • 3. You’ll get access to your own web app with information about your personality and how to work with it to your best benefit.
  • 4. If you buy Restart 2025 as a gift, you will receive a gift certificate that you can personalize and the recipient can use until 31.12. 2025.
  • 5. The price of the program is 385 EUR + VAT, including your 2 Facet5 profiles, a two-hour online coaching conversation and access to your own web app.
