“Petra, I want to develop my executive presence.”

Said my client, with new confidence. We’ve been working on his career transition plan for 2 months.  Sometimes we talk about hurt and disappointment from the last job. Sometimes lessons learned that he’ll take over to his next job.

Today was about executive presence. He wants to nail it.

What does “executive presence” mean?

I don’t need to know. He knows. And now he has a 3 step plan. Bullet proof and convincing. Including behavior markers for:

  • 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗺
  • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
